Rick Rice

Co-Owner

While managing a major beer distributorship back in the 90’s, Rick helped his wife run their residential construction company. He later worked as Vice President of Bakery Operations for a famous sourdough bread bakery and fast casual restaurant based in San Francisco, California. During his time there he used his construction knowledge consulting on new restaurant builds and remodeling. Rick has enjoyed building furniture with his wife for the home they remodeled together in Goose Creek. Now he has brought together his past experiences to partner with his son, Ryan, serving the remodeling and construction needs of those in the Charleston area.

Ryan Rice

Co-Owner

Ryan grew up in the constructions business, first working for his mom’s residential construction company sweeping houses on the weekends and later working as a trim carpenter. He also spent a couple of summers working for a high-end residential builder interning as a trim carpenter. After high school he moved to California and worked as an electrician for his uncle. He eventually started his own contracting business in California renovating residential homes, restaurants and retail spaces. He moved back to his home state of South Carolina and worked as a construction manager for Ables Landscapes before partnering with his dad.

Amber Rice

Office Manager

Amber also helped out with the family construction company growing up. During college she worked summers as the Activities Manager at the neighborhood pool camp and after college as a super nanny for a family in Mt. Pleasant. She worked at Starbucks in college and stayed for ten years, in three states across the country, landing in California. She eventually went back to being a super nanny, personal assistant and house manager for a high profile-family in Orange County. Now she’s back in her home state working in the family business, keeping the office running smoothly.
